The event is exclusively for students up to and including the 5th grade level, with the exception of special needs groups who are welcome to join at any age group.


Make your fall experience truly exceptional by including a trip to DeBuck's Family Farm.  Our farm boasts an impressive selection of over 18 exciting attractions for field trips, such as the corn maze, jump pads, super slides, combine slides, corn barn, bouncy balls, wagon ride, and many more thrilling activities. 


As part of the package, each field tripper will be treated a delightful cider and donut, adding a touch of sweetness to their visit. Come and enjoy an unforgettable day of fun and festivities at DeBuck's, where adventure and autumn delights await!


2025 Field Trips Dates 

September 19th, 26th  

October 2nd, 3rd, 9th, 10th, 16th, 17th, 23rd, 24th, 30th, and 31st. 


Field Trip Time Slots are:

  TIME SLOT 1:    10am - 1pm

  TIME SLOT 2:    10:15am - 1:15pm 

  TIME SLOT 3:    10:30am - 1:30pm


Pricing:

  • We recommend bringing sack lunches for the field trip. However, please note that our Sweet Treats and Grill House will be open and available for adults who prefer to make a purchase. This provides flexibility for everyone to choose their preferred dining option during the trip.  

  •  $13.00 per person. Students, Chaperones, Teachers/Staff, Parents, & Siblings. Note: Chaperones, additional parents, and siblings will fall under the $13.00 pricing, only if purchase with teacher at final count at check-in. Once teacher is checked in, chaperones, additional parents, will have to pay regular admissions, if they do not have a wristband. Please note, regular admissions do not include cider or donuts. 

  •  One Free Teacher per 25 paid admission. For classes under 25 paid admissions, with students, chaperones and additional staff members, the teacher will have to also pay $13 for admission. 

Payment:

  • Field trips must be paid in one transaction, if that is how you registered.  Example- if you are registering just your class, you will pay for just your class. If multiple classes are going but there is one payment, you would register together. It is preferred that you register as a school, with one payment. If you need additional class separation, you can add this breakdown into
  • Payment is due when checking in the morning of the field trip. Payment can be made credit card, cash or a check. Please ensure the exact amount is ready before arriving.


Minimum Group Size:

  • 25 Total Participants: If your group is smaller than 25 people, you will be charged the general admission rate of $20 per person. 
  • When registering for your school, please enter the estimated amount. No worries, if these numbers change. Final counts are due day of field trip and can be adjusted when checking in. 


Additionally:

  • There must be a minimum of 1 chaperone for every 6 children.

  • Waivers are required for everyone entering the farm will need to be present at the time of check-in.  You can find the waiver link here, and it will be emailed to you (Confirmation email) so you may print and send home with your permission slips. 
  • There is NO REFUNDS. We allow for final counts to be given during check in process, it is your responsibility to have final count correct with corresponding payment prior to check in. 


    It's important for the Booking Teacher to share the confirmation email and upcoming emails with all other teachers.  This approach promotes clarity, and effective organization for a successful and enjoyable experience at DeBuck's. 




    Our 2025 rain make up day is Friday, October 31st. 

    The self guided experience of going through the corn maze will fit in perfectly with your core curriculum in that it is a hands-on lesson in reasoning, logic, agriculture, map reading, and teamwork skills. Additionally, it is an exciting way for students to learn and have fun at the same time!
